Health

I bought a new bike, i don’t know where is the old one, maybe it fell from the moving truck last year. The first time I used it, I almost died, literally, you can ask Antonio about it, that’s the result of too many years of doing nothing but work, which makes me think that I’m wasting my life.

Blogs

The guys from Portodiao released episode 6 of Smoth Loves Movies Podcast, its hilarious, Blogs Panama and myself got a mention at the very end.

Blogeo is back, finally I got a solution to a programming setback that I had, Beta 1 is coming soon.

I got mentioned at Christian’s Blog, Dalequetepego.com, he liked my blog, and mine is the first one in his new category called “Descubriendo Blogs“.

Sergio from Idioteca found a piece of code that I posted years ago, he took the code and improved a little bit, That’s the great thing about open source.

Movies

The Sentinel
Great thriller, Kiefer Sutherland sounded way to much like Jack Bauer from 24, but I enjoyed the movie, I was expecting to hear something like “WHERE IS THE BOMB!” but it never happened, the funny thing was that the president was Sledge Hammer, ill never see that guy like a serious person. Never.

Silent Hill
GREAT horror movie, great adaptation from a Playstation game, the reason of being so good its because is Japanese based, just like The Grudge, The Ring, Dark Water all of them gringo adaptations of a great Asian movie.

The Lake House
It was a good sci-fi romantic flick, it had the classic time paradox problem of all time travel movies, but it was enjoyable. YET ANOTHER ASIAN MOVIE REMAKE! It’s based on a Korean movie called Siworae, Il Mare in English, just like the restaurant’s name on the american adaptation.

The Departed
Speaking of Asian movies adaptations, Martin Scorsese decided to do one of this too, he took the story from Infernal Affairs (Blockbuster calle 50 has it, go and rent it), one of the greatest Asian movies that I’ve ever seen, he contracted some big Hollywood actors, like Leonardo Di Caprio, Matt Damon, Jack Nicholson, Alec Baldwin, Mark Wahlberg and he made a movie, 99% of his audience will think what a great gringo movie, and they will never know that it was a Chinese guy who invented such a great story and movie. By the way it’s a trilogy.

Reality Shows and TV

I got to admit that I’m watching two reality shows from People and Arts, the first one is called Rockstar: Supernova, this is not like American Idol, the whole porpouse of the show is to find a new singer for a new band called Supernova, which is formed by some old school rockers, Gilby Clark ex guitarist from Gun’s n Roses, Tommy Lee drummer from Motley Crue, and Metallica’s ex-bassist Jason Newsted. And its hosted by Brooke Burke and Dave Navarro.

The other show is called Miami Ink, its about what happens in a Tattoo Shop guess where, in Miami, if I continue watching this, I’ll end up with a tattoo by the end of the year, maybe a Chinese dragon or the star from Metallica.

Prison Break season 2 premieres tonight!!! I don’t know why it’s called Prison Break because they already escaped from prison.

I found an Unicorn, yeah that mythological creature that no one thinks that exist. I found one and it escaped, i intend to catch it, but i got to figure out how, and old friend of mine used to say that I’m a genius, I’ll figure out something, I hope, maybe she can help me on that too. I got like plenty of time for that, I think.
